A major Upper Murray spectacle has stopped selling tickets owing to the reduced attendance allowed under Victoria’s COVID-19 regulations. Corryong’s Man From Snowy River Bush Festival, April 8-11, announced its camping and festival ticket were closed but organisers continued to work closely with the state government. General manager Jennifer Boardman said this year’s event aimed to keep crowd numbers under 4000 people instead of up to 7000 as seen past years. Consequently, all the available tickets had now been sold. “We have people that we’ve sadly disappointed because they’ve not made their purchases,” she said.
